The Lifesaving Society’s Swim for Life® program makes sure your kids are Water Smart® before they get in too deep. You’re never too young to start, and never too old to learn. Swim for Life® offers different strokes for different folks – of all ages and abilities.

SwimPro takes an individualized approach with instruction using age-appropriate teaching methods that accommodate all learner rates and styles. Our instructors help swimmers develop effective stroke techniques, water & skills safety and encourage each swimmer to improve and strive for his or her personal best.
